Pinches a little but that's to be expected.
I just got it today. The silver is very nice and shiny. The hearts are recessed and easily seen. Taking it off and putting it back on pinches my skin as the stretch recedes. I haven't changed any links yet; I'm waiting until the ones I ordered come in. I'll update my review after that!
