The product is well made It was shipped with some damage but the product inside was fine installation was easy and all the parts were there. I haven't fired it up yet because I haven't had my hundred gallons propane tank filled yet I will update once I begin forging

After receiving the forge I was quick to get the refractory coating on and endure the extra 2 day cure time before firing it up, only to notice that my package was missing more than a few crucial components. After writing directly to the seller, they wrote me a day or two later with tracking information for the missing parts. I had to wait an extra week before being able to use the forge, but all the correct parts were sent and the unit works perfectly well for my hobby knife and tool making projects.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve built my own forges a few times over the years. I moved and sold them off, so when I decided to buy one I knew what I was looking for. I did quite a bit of research and this one had a lot of good things said about it from various sources. It arrived on time and I liked the fact that it has everything you need to get running all in one box (minus the propane of course)BE SURE TO APPLY THE REFRACTORY CEMENT to the fiber insulation before firing up the forge! Too many people overlook this and regret it . Because of this, plan to wait 24-48 hours after applying the cement before using your forge for the first time.Torches are well made. The hose, fittings, regulator and insulation are all great quality. I did make a stand and added some angle iron and flat bar to dissipate the heat aways from the air intake of the torch to create a consistent flame.I have 2 minor complaints.1) is that whoever made it, looks like they did a rushed job. Grinder marks all over it, the firebrick door frame was welded at a tilted angle and not square. Low end craftsmanship, but it performs well and gets hot pretty fast2) 2 out of the 3 full firebricks they sent arrived with large cracks and after 2 burns the cracks went all the way through. I had to cement them back together with refractory cement so that was annoying especially because that will only last so long.I reached out to their customer service via email, but never got a response. Definitely something to take note of when you are a smaller company trying to build a good reputation.It’s a good forge. Id say maybe 4.5 stars, but because of the things I mentioned, especially the lack of customer service I’d knock it to a 3.5 star review

Arrived fast does a good job only down fall could use more refractory cement and a guide for regulator setting and what the colors mean

A few parts to screw together and it worked flawlessly. Keep in mind the setup time includes coating the insulation inside the forge several times with the protective liquid. I completely understand the need to coat the insulation several times. I don't mind the dry time because this thing works wonderfully at 3000 degrees. Thank You

When I got the forge the burner did not work properly. Immediately Simone Store customer service contacted me and made everything right. Very happy with the prompt service. The forge is built with good quality and is very easy to set up. Dry happy now with everything.
