Bought this for my arthritic hands that now have a problem with gripping nails. Worked well for me.

The Striker (nail punch) is very useful
.It's way better than a regular nail punch because of the side grip. You can brace your hand against the work...more easily line it up and keep it in position between hits. Nice.The "nail holder" function seems to me kind of tedious and unnecessary.$5 might be a fairer price for this little thing.- - - Disclosure - - -The manufacturer gave me this item for review.
