One of the BEST whole wheat flours I've ever used!
One of the BEST whole wheat flours I've ever used. It makes smooth light wheat bread (loaves) while still giving perfect texture & flavor to my homemade chapati, dosai's & pita breads. I bought the larger bag & divided it into smaller ones using my vacuum sealer so the flour wouldn't turn rancid after a few month's being opened. I use this in my breading mix (50% white flour, 45% Atta & 5% cornmeal), in all types of dessert breads i.e. banana, poppy seed etc. and have even tried it in G'Grandma's 'pioneer' cake recipe & had terrific results.
