I have more beanies than I should, but I will hunt for this one for the pleasure and comfort of wearing it. These are beautifully made hats. It's light and lays well, the light blue is gorgeous, and its warm and comfortable without being ostentatious. I will be buying more when winter hits!

This is an awesome hat! The merino wool is real, and smooth and beautiful and warm. I was really surprised by how much I love it. The product looks like the photos. Highly recommend!

I have worn a famous brand fleece beanie for years. I loved the thin, but warm, minimal pack size. However, they are not durable and easily damaged by campfire sparks etc. I decided to look for a similar form factor but 100% wool. I'm very pleased with this beanie. It fits perfect and the seams mostly lay flat without looking like I'm hiding antlers. I wore it working outside tonight the temp was 32 degrees. Warm, comfortable and not itchy at all. I plan on buying more for myself and for gifts. Very pleased with my purchase.

Good quality and fit is good for me, lot better than minus 33 one I have, I do recommend this, it’s extremely warm to be so lightweight and thin, great item!!

I rarely write product reviews, but this hat impressed. I bought it to wear indoors over the winter since I recently began shaving my head. While it was comfortable for that use without overheating me, I found it was surprisingly warm enough to wear outside in late fall, early spring, and milder WI winter days. It's so lightweight you can put it in a jacket pocket and forget it's there until you need it. I'm trying to talk myself out of buying more colors.

This beanie is fantastic but it is a little tight. I am normally a 7 3/4 in ball cap sizing, a bigger head than most, but not giant. I really wish it was a bit bigger so I will probably hand the hat down to my son. If you have a head on the smaller side, I think you will be happy.

I love the color and the comfort, and how it helps me keep warm without being too warm.On the coldest or windiest days, it's not quite enough alone.I love it especially for days that are not that cold but my hair is still wet when I leave the house.

My head and especially ears are always cold in the winter. Over the years, I kept buying bigger and bulkier ski hats.My friend suggested I search for wool hats. After much research on Amazon I pulled the trigger on this one. I am so happy I did! When it arrived, it was super soft but thin. I was sure it would not keep my head and ears warm.It must be the wool, but this hat works. Keeps my head and ears warm even in the single digits (fahrenheit). It has not yet been colder but I expect this to hold up well.I bought a second pair - one for running and one for casual. I've also recommended this product to friends who run or bike outdoors. I've officially a huge fan of this company and will check out their other products.So far, I've washed it a few times and hung dry it. Did not test if in the dryer yet. But the washing machine did not cause it to shrink or fade, so I am very happy about that.I saw a review complaining about extra material. I don't use this as a fashion beanie, so folding it over is an added benefit for additional warm, not a negative. I am just happy it fits my head. So many 'one size fits all' ski hats are too small for me. This one is great.All in all, could not be happier. My head is finally warm and I'm not carrying around a huge thick ski hat. Soft, thin and warm! You won't be disappointed!

I like this hat because of the lightweight yet warm and super comfy marino wool, and the colour is very pretty. I often carry it in my purse in case my head gets cold. It adds hardly in bulk. However you can tell where the manufacturers cut corners, literally. This hat is not knit in the round. Perhaps that is asking too much considering the fine, tight weave is almost like a t-shirt material (but a bit thicker than that, and warmer of course because it is merino wool). The seams where it comes together at the top tend to stand out like pointy ridges and say "men's hat". This doesn't bother me overly much but I had to take a star off for cheap construction.

I love this hat so much I quickly ordered a second one in orange! It’s so light weight that it doesn’t flatten my hair, doesn’t make me sweaty and yet somehow keeps my ears and head warm! Love it!

Purchased one for myself to sleep in a tent during camping trips for when it gets cold at night and through the morning. Material feels very soft and comfortable. No itching of any sort. After giving it some a test trip, purchased another one for my wife. She loved it as well.

August 2023. Some reviewers claim they are not 100% Wool. The labels on the ones I received indicate 100% Superfine Merino wool.I use similar light Merino beanies as a baselayer under my Motorcycle helmet even in hot summer days. They absorbs the sweat and the helmet ventilation provides a fresh feel on the head when the beanies are humid even during torrid temperatures.I took one star out because of the surprisingly thick seams/stitching for such a light beanie.Unlike other light beanies, overall these use a relatively thick material so they might be too large if your helmet is already tight. But the main complain is the seams on top of the head that are surprisingly thick. I was afraid they would create uncomfortable pressure points on my head. But they don't. Once again it might be a problem if if your helmet is already tight.
