Good bolts with hardware.
These are hex bolts with hardware. I used them to fix a problem where the product manufacturer dropped the ball on the necessary hardware. They work as described and solved my problem of missing hardware.

Nice. Be careful.
Nice bolts, lock washers and nuts. I saw some reviews that showed broken bolts and 1 star reviews. Stainless steel will break if it is over torqued or cross threaded. Don't need to do that.

Fit and function
I needed to install pneumatic tires on my portable generator to be able to easily pull it across grass, these bolts fit perfect and accomplished what I needed. They are stainless and will be less prone to corrosion, threading was perfect and the nuts spun on easy and tightened securely.
