No difference whatsoever
When I started these, I followed a low calorie, very low carb diet with moderate exercise. I took these twice a day. Absolutely no difference. No change. No nothing. I feel this was a waste of money. Will not them buy again.

Don’t expect magic
Maybe it works? I took a before and after picture at one month. I don’t know if there was a difference or not. I already eat well and exercise but have just a little more belly than I’d like. I guess because I’m over 40 and have had kids. So it isn’t magic. It isn’t worth continuing to me. I’ll continue eating right and exercising.
