Easy to install
Easy to install. Took me longer to find the tools and set up than it did to actually install it. I've used the WaveRunner about five times and no issues with the product.

Works great
This is more expensive than buying the individual parts, but the valve sealed perfectly and the price was worth having everything i needed for a few dollars more.

Easy as heck to install!
I hate the water shooting up behind my Waverunner. This fixed that problem in minutes and allows me to turn it back on in seconds if I wish. I also came with a stick that fit nicely over some dock rash on my ski. :)

Works just as it should!
This product is great for getting rid or reducing that annoying water spout at the stern of your WaveRunner. It comes with all necessary parts and fits exactly right. But be careful on where you mount it as it can get in the way of your reverse mechanism. You can use the stopcock to eliminate the rooster tail or reduce it...your choice. It is overpriced; you can pick up similar products at your hardware store for half the price, but buying this product eliminates any guesswork in buying the wrong parts. It is worth the extra money in my opinion.

Turn the spout off for towing or hauling, turn it on for the kids
I tried this out on a 2001 GP 800R and it was super easy. My 2007 FX HO came used with the hose missing, so I picked up some hose and added another. Both work flawlessly. There are a lot of non-politically correct names for the water spray that Yamaha has the Waverunners make. I suppose it helps with visibility under certain conditions, but it also is a nuisance at times. This allows me to turn them off when pulling a tube, around the dock or hauling a cooler on the rear deck. It also allows me to turn it on when the kids are riding. In essence I think it enhances the usefulness of the visibility spout, while allowing for it to be shut off at times. I also think that having the valve in lieu of a cap or just pulling the hose preserves the value of the watercraft. Definitely worth the $15 and 15 minutes of work.

Works as it should
2023 Yamaha FX Cruiser. Perfect fit. I rub a tiny bit of wd-40 on it to slip onto hose easily. Took all of 5 minutes. I installed this to shut off when I use my rack, towing & windy days. Recommend this rather than removing hose completely.

Overpriced but easy.
This is nice for the times you are towing a tube or someone else back to the ramp. Simply cut the hose that feeds the spout outlet on the swim deck and secure two hose clamps. Switch on, switch off and it's as easy as that. Is this thing worth $17? No. Does it do its job and make it so easy you don't have to think about it? Yes. Sure, you could source the individual parts and probably save a couple bucks, but then you won't get the sticker that this comes with and you'll have to make sure you have the right size everything before you leave the store and you know how that goes.
