Very elegant product, easy to care for, wipe clean. Had 4 program settings, with 3 intensity settings, easily switched if needed.Was my favorite of the 3 different brands I compared. My dealbreaker was due to my legs ( exceptionally sensitive to bruising & low blood pressure & circulation problems) being achy due to where thighs rested on bottom ‘ pillow’ .Otherwise, I would have kept, sadly had to return

All of the stress and trauma in my life gets stored in my back. A physical therapist once told me my back is like a rock. As I've gotten older this is affecting my mobility, and I'm constantly needing a cane to get around. I came across a similar mat on one of the shopping channels and went to Amazon to browse more. I went with this Cloris mat, thanks to the reviewer who posted the video of the neck massagers.I've only used it a few times (once a day) and already I'm feeling better, looser. The best setting for me is Energize/Low, I feel so good afterwards. The massage is breaking up the tension throughout my entire back. I find I'm needing my cane a little less to get around, which stuns me. I didn't expect results so quickly, but there it is. I'm very hopeful that my mobility will continue to improve and that my back and shoulders will no longer hold onto life's struggles. Thank you for making this.

It seems the unit is designed for someone fairly short, perhaps 5'1" - 5'3". I'm only 5'7" and the pressure pads were not in a good position for my back. The pressure pads are small and concentrate a LOT of pressure on a very small area, which makes this unit uncomfortable - almost painful - to use. It does have a nice assortment of settings and actions to stretch and rotate the back, but the discomfort renders it fairly useless. I returned mine for a full refund and will order another brand.

It does not fit in my zero gravity chair. Cords are in the way on bed. Have to use it on floor, didn’t like that! Rarely use it. Took it to work to use on a treatment table during my lunch but never used it. Don’t like having to set it up and folding it up to put it out of the way. Fell in love with Homemedics unit which lives assembled in my zero gravity chair, so I never gave this unit a real test of every setting.

I love this mat. I have had back pain for years and this mat is one of my favorites for relief. Even my kids enjoy using it and even falling asleep using it.

I have Lupus and a lot of joint pains. I put a heating pad on the message machine and fall fast asleep!LOVE THIS PRODUCT

This mat is awesome. I use it daily at least once sometimes twice. It stretches your neck, shoulder blades, back and sciatica. There are air chambers that move your body up and down and side to side. In multiple combinations and directions. Your back will crack like bubble wrap. You can adjust the pressure settings with the attached remote. This is a must for daily health. After using you feel so good and relaxed. The mat folds in thirds and there is a Velcro closure for easy storage.

So today is day one and let me tell you... Used it twice and complete 180 in my lower back. I work 14 hour days in a kitchen and have horrid lower back pain... This mat is truly amazing. I'm like shocked. WAYYYYY better than a massage, feels like I was just realigned. So many pops in my spine and neck. I am in love!
