I rarely write reviews. I should really say almost never, but this stuff earns an outstanding review. I've tried other treadmill lubes, and they were all VERY hard to apply, and never did the job good, or for very long. My treadmill had reached the point of unusable. It is 11 yrs. old. I bought it for health benefits after a major stroke. Just a few months before my stroke, I had been running 5 miles daily. After the stroke, those days were over. 3 years later, as I was starting to recover, I bought my treadmill, and used it for a couple of years. I lived on the southern coast of Georgia, where the weather was typically warm, fairly dry, and the terrain is very flat. I used the treadmill whenever the weather was just too hot, or wet to walk outside. I relay this history just to let you know the treadmill sat dormant a lot. Just after the beginning of last year, I started using it again due to Covid. I had kept it lubed to the best of my ability when I had used it in the past, and have tried lubing it more since I started back to using it this past year. The machine ran very rough, even though I tried to lube it, until it reached an unworkable condition. I decided to try Lube-and Walk after reading several favorable reviews When I received the product, after reading, and following the very simple instructions, I had my machine running like when it was brand new, and only about 10 minutes of easy labor was involved! The only very minor drawback to the Lube-and-Walk kit was that the included an allen wrench too large to fit my machine, but was no problem for me since I already had allen wrenches to fit it. I think this product is amazing, and recommend it highly!

The biggest problem with treadmill lubing is you have to loosen the belt. This product can slide under the belt without having to loosen it. My only complaint is it could’ve had wider handles to make it easier to grab on either side. Overall it’s an improvement and I’m doing a better job of maintaining my treadmill

I’ve tried several ways to maintain my treadmill, but the Lube and Walk kit is by far the most effective. I previously used a long-neck applicator, but it always left dry spots that caused the belt to slip and jerk during runs. Since switching to this product, the lubrication is perfectly distributed. The belt runs smoothly, the slipping has completely stopped, and I’m actually using less liquid than before with zero waste. It’s much more efficient and lasts longer than the cheaper alternatives. I’ll definitely be sticking with this brand from now on!

I put lube on both sides of the stick even tho the instructions say to only put on the bottom side. It lubed really well using a little less than instructions recommended. felt the difference

It's not so easy to push or pull the wand underneath the treadbelt across the platform. I've had to loosen the treadbelt to do this, but I worry that the treadbelt will start to slip after a few adjustments and readjustments. Also, there are no markings on the bottle of lubricant to indicate how much lube to use each month. Oddly, in the instructions there is a drawing of the bottle of lubricant that does have such markings, but it appears not to be exactly the same size as the bottle itself. Since it is close enough, I cut out the drawing and taped it to the bottle. But why make people do this? There should be markings on the bottle itself.

I have an older Treadmill I purchased used some years ago. I was on it one day when it just stopped. I thought, "Okay, it is used and Ihave had it for 5 years, it probably has reached its end of life". Do I started looking for a new one, but for some reason also tried to see if I could find something in the internet that might tell me why it stopped and what I might do to fix it. Who knew that treadmills have a saftey device that causes it to srop when the belt doesn't slide smoothly and once I read that I did some research and purchased this product. It does seem a lot for what it is a plastic stick with a sponge glued to it but I tried it and now I have a working Treadmill again. I am not saying this will save every treadmill but look into whether or not your treadmill belt needs lubricated. I will have to by more lubircant, and it is a special one so don't go using just anything, only the lubircants for treadmills and you can find them here too. Best money I spent on the treadmill since I bought it for $200 years ago. Buy this and see, if it doesn't save you having to fix or buy a new treadmill well okay but if it does you will be glad you spent the money.

This is what I have always used for my own treadmills, as recommended to me by my local treadmill technician. I bought this as a gift for a friend who was getting his first treadmill. It worked very well for his new machine. This is so much better than just putting the lubricant on your fingers and ramming them under the belt. That just digs into your wrists, and you don't get full coverage. With this kit, your hands stay clean and your wrists are safe. Plus, you know that you are getting proper lubrication in the correct spots under the belt. Just follow the instructions that are in the package.
