Filets small fish with ease
Love this knife ! Holds an edge after filleting many fish and easy to re sharpen when needed so comfortable in the hand especially for females , I have to hide it from my husband!😊

Really sharp
Weird shape for a fillet knife and pretty stiff , look like some one cut the 6" and grind a tip. By the way is scarry shap and be perfec to use for a small stiff boning knife
