Q: Has anyone used this on her face? It doesn't have any comedogenic ingredients. Is it too thick/heavy for combo (but very, very dehydrated) skin? Thx!

I never tried it on my face. It might be good for that! It is not at all greasy or heavy, and no heavy scent. I bought it for my very dry and sometimes itchy legs. I loved it.

Shake it up for a while. Make sure to keep it in a cool area. Sometimes it starts off watery

Yes, this lotion is slightly brown in color, which is the oatmeal. It has a slight smell which dissipates after it is applied. I had vasculitis last summer, which left my entire body covered in painful, itchy lesions. This lotion was amazing! It was the only thing that stopped the itch and healed my skin. I would highly recommend it if you have any skin problems. The smell does go away. Just try not to get it on any clothing. Wait until it dries completely on your skin. Make sure you get the one that is Fragrance Free!
