These parallette bars are everything I hoped for and more! The rubber bottom creates a firm base and prevents slipping, no matter what surface you're on. And the best part is how easy they are the assemble or pack up. The clever design allows you take them apart in seconds and makes them very compact for traveling. The included travel bag was a pleasant surprise! Very impressed; 100% recommend!

Solid parallettes, slick design makes it easy to travel with and to use at home. Minor problem though is that the rails are made of plastic, not wood. Thus, they don't absorb sweat and can be slippery. Most of you will be thinking "just use chalk". Well, no, because I don't want chalk everywhere in my apartment or in my luggage. Besides, chalk is only a short term solution because one has to re-chalk often. I did find a solution though - I wrapped the rails with Tourna Grip, which is used for tennis rackets. Now, they're solid as a rock. Note to the manufacturer - I realize that wood is not an option due to the design and potential for the slots to crack but, please consider some type of absorbant material for the rails. Otherwise, its a great product.

Genius design for travelling; sturdy - a great improvement on my homemade plastic pipe parallettes. Probably not suitable for complete beginners as they are pretty low to the floor (height is about the width of a yoga block), but if you are already proficient with L-Sit then these are are brilliant.
