Best electric handwear I've used
I bought these mitts in the fall of 2020 and used them until spring of 2021 for hiking. The size large were more than adequate. I regularly wear at least an XL. They kept my hands warm in temperatures into the teens. The 3 temp settings worked well. I generally had them set at medium but occasionally would use the high setting during the coldest hikes. We were out at least 4 days a week and 1 - 2 hours per day. The batteries lasted around 4 hours when set at medium and 2 hours on high. I put them on the charger between hikes. The mitts are durable on the outside and soft on the inside. Their only failing (and the reason for 4 stars) was their inability to keep my thumbs warm. I solved this problem by inserting a disposable handwarmer into each thumb hole prior to the hike. Worked great.

Worth the Money
I bought these after getting sick of using single use hand warmers for skiing. Kept my hands nice and warm. My only two critiques would be either the thumb hat doesn’t work well/is not there (product picture seems to show it should be heated) and the battery life is not enough for a full day of skiing on high (the product information will also tell you this so just invest in a second set of batteries if you intend on being out all day). Overall though, I would highly recommend.

Updated Response - Mittens Replaced!!!!!! - Fabric tore on first use.
Updated Response:After conversations via email with Ororro, I am beyond pleased to say that Ororro replaced my mittens free of charge - minus the batteries. I have the battery set from the initial pair of mittens that are brand new so no need for those. Their warranty indicates fabric isn't warranted and I think it should be re-evaluated by them on a case by case basis. Mine ripped at the cuff seam which wasn't related to extended use and miss-care. Thank you again Ororro! I love my heated mittens.Original Response:The fabric tore after the first time wearing where the wrist strap connected to the glove. I will be contacting Ororro.

Another terrific Ororo Product-Heated Mittens
This is the second Ororo product that I own. My first is one of their heated vests. I love it so much that I recently got their heated mittens. I have Reynaud's so my fingers get numb very quickly, even if the temperature is in the low 60s. These mittens are wonderful. So far, on the lowest setting, even though I don't feel a lot of heat, it is enough to keep my hands comfortable. And, when I pull my hands out of the mittens (like to answer my phone), once I put them back into the mittens I realize just how much warmth even the lowest setting provides. Initially I ordered the Large but found them to be too roomy for my hands. I bought them through Amazon, but was assured by Ororo that CSA was their Amazon authorized dealer. I was given a free return and as soon as I handed my return package to UPS, my account was credited so that I was able to quickly reorder the Medium. Ororo was very responsive and kept in touch with me to make sure I was pleased with the purchase. The mittens are very well made and have nice features, for example, they can be cinched at the wrist and above the wrist even when you are wearing them. They have 3 heat settings. This is a great company. I am hoping that they soon offer a heated backwrap because if it is anything like the two products I currently have from them, I know it will be worth purchasing.

A must have for Minnesota Winters
These are great for running my snowblower in the cold weather. Battery life is about as advertised, it’s a little hard to tell as I’ve never had them on long enough to run the batteries down in one use, I usually have to charge them after 3 driveway blowing which is probably between 3 to 4 hours. I usually run them on Medium as low doesn’t keep my hands warm in below zero weather. I wish that I would have gotten the next bigger size, according to the measurements I ordered the small, they fit, but tighter than I like, All and all, I’m happy!!

Warm hands in Buffalo snow
Nice quality mitten that keeps my hands warm skiing in Buffalo NY. No more buying the Hot hands to keep my hands warm. Plus they have the elastic to go around my wrist so I don’t drop it off the chair lifts if I’m using my phone. I would buy this again if needed to.

Glad I Purchased, One Issue
I purchased these gloves along with the Savior heated mittens to compare which would be a better fit. These are nice and warm without the heat turned on, and even better when they are heating. The interior of these have fingers, so while they appear to be a mitten, they're not true mittens. The heat lines between the fingers kept my digits toasty, but they lack thumb power. My four fingers were nice and warm but my thumbs were frozen.Battery life was 4 hours on medium on one hand and fell short at 3 hours on the other so may be an issue with the battery as when I switched them, the glove heated appropriately. It was reduced by a little over an hour when I had them on high. For reference, these were used skiing in MT at 16F weather. Overall, I liked the fingers on the inside and felt they did a pretty good job. With Reynaud's, keeping my thumbs warm is a big deal, so I have to say I'm disappointed in that area. Will be addressing both the thumb and low battery issue with the company.

They work
I was skeptical at first but they did keep my hands warm hiking in -15 below temps. The thumbs take a little longer to warm up.
