A must-have piece of home workout equipment!
Since the gym has been closed all year, I wanted to get some cheap, light, portable workout equipment that is easy to store. I got the Truwells pilates ring after watching a pilates home workout video online and I was genuinely surprised by the quality! It is very durable and versatile - I was able to use this for lower body workouts - think squats and lunges - and upper body/core exercises too! Great quality and training video was a nice bonus
Great quality yoga ring for the price. Just the right amount of tension and flexibility. Cushioned hand-holds are a nice touch. The training video was a great bonus because it helped explain how to use it in my regular pilates workouts at home-stuck here with the pandemic lockdown going on. I really needed to add upper body work to my abs and lower body work. This ring does the trick.
