Why does this look like the same product spinoff called "Bulls-Hit?"

It could be the same if they are both adult spinners used to relax and entertain the brain.

How many rotations per minute?

I am sorry! It rotates spinning too fast to calculate how many rotations per minute

why am i hearing about false advertising on this product? it is supposed to be quite with a leather bottom but people are getting clunky plastic?!

Different manufacturers use different materials. this product with a plastic bottom。Just like the product description.
