Excellent build quality.Cable is threaded metal coated with a soft semitransparent plastic like material - I workout on concrete which wore down my previous thick plastic rope over time - I doubt this will be an issue anymore.The handles are precisely machined and feel great.Overall it's lightweight and great for speed.It doesn't come with instructions for sizing or adjusting the length, but instructions for adjusting the length are on the product page above, and sizing is easy with a quick google search.Changing the length is very straightforward, and you might be able to change the length between uses if you're sharing the rope with a partner pretty easily.Comes with 2 different colored ropes and a storage/travel bag.All in all, an A+ jump rope I'm very happy with.

So far I've only used it once, so I won't be speaking to durability in this review. This jump rope performs just fine for normal single jumps. However, when it comes to attempting double-unders, the cable is just too light to maintain the momentum needed for real "speed rope" work. I've been able to do double-unders for over 20 years and with this rope I couldn't string more than 2 together. The cable is lightweight metal; it has enough weight to leave a good welt on your arms and legs when you miss a jump, but I just couldn't keep it moving fast enough for successful double-unders. I'll be looking to get another leather rope or heavy plastic rope to replace this one soon. If you're not looking to do double unders this rope works fine.

The handles have little metal rings that screw onto the bottom, but they sometimes fly off in the middle of a session. Other than that, this set has served me well. My first rope is wearing down in the middle where it hits the ground, but I do use it a lot.

Really easy to adjust and comes with red and black cables. Used it all week since it’s been raining and harder to workout outdoors. My boyfriend was surprised by the quality too and really like how it felt in his hand. The jump rope worked for both of us, he’s 6’ and in 5’3”.

I've tried a few jump ropes and this one is probably my favorite so far.It's very comfortable to use, which makes using it for long periods of time more enjoyable. The material seems very sturdy, yet comfortably lightweight for intense speed roping.Adjusting the length was straightforward, as shown in one of the images on this product listing.Overall, I think this is a great and durable product that I can see myself keeping for a long time.
