Exercises and stretches at yr finger tips -instead of looking through a book -I have a basement gym so hang on the walls and good to go

I like this a lot I just wish it had some more exercises on it

Laminated poster with nice, clear images. They have both a vertical and horizontal display and are printed on both sides. I got several of these posters from this vendor and all are of good quality. I wish they had the "Sliding Bench Workout" as part of the sets as I'd have probably bought a pack instead of a few separately.
