I had accidentally broken my supplied cord with my Hesh 2 wireless skullcandy headphones. I wasn't sure this cable would work, but I am glad I got it. Works perfectly for my headphones and the headphone plug fits nice and snug in the port. An excellent buy if you need an extra or a replacement.

This is a great cable with solid quality. It's thicker than the original but still plenty flexible. My cat chewed up the original and doesn't even mess with this one. I gave it all 5 stars, but I really haven't used the volume control on the cord. That said, it's a good size and has strong tactile feedback. I'm confident it's good control. It seems the mic quality is fine too, but I don't recall going out of my way to verify it. A splitter I bought to use this cord between my headphones and PC arrived defective. My headphones use their built in mic via bluetooth connection so I haven't been using the mic on the cord, but I have no reason to think the quality stops before the mic. No corners were cut with these cords.

The product not only came very early than what they said but when I check it to make sure everything works and I have to say that it works like a champ.....The cable fits comfortably and the product deserves all the stars on the review.

Thus headphone adapter is affordable and does last quite a long time for a gamer. My son is an avid gamer and uses this adapter. That being said the item lasts about a year. Money well spent. 4/5 rating

My dog chewed up original cord and I had to replace it. Works just as great as original one that came with headphones.

This is exactly what I wanted for my Skullcandy Grindr wired headphones. Everything is fine except one thing. The center button can't differentiate between clicks. Sometimes, it would work just like planned, but then it gets confused with the phone's AI system and thinks that you're asking something when you're only trying to pause a sing and play it again. It even does that for skipping to the next song. I haven't had enough experience with experimenting with the button for the pervious song feature, but the one or two times I did check it out, it worked. The volume buttons work well and the mic does as well, but the microphone's noise cancellation feature... its decent for this price, but it's not Bose/Beats level of quality, but like I said, it's not bad for the price.

Sound quality wise, this is a great product - at first. Works very well...when it works. Each time I have bought this, it has broken within a month or two. By broken, I mean that the cable gets damaged somehow so that the sound quality goes wonky - for example, only giving sound to one side of my headphones, or much lower volume, or distorted sound. Sometimes it works after breaking if held a certain way, but that is of course tiresome. Each time I bought this product, it broke faster. I don't know if that means the production quality is going down or if it's coincidence, but after 3 times its clear this item was not meant to last long time. My last purchase lasted 3 days before developing problems. Not buying again. I recommend this item if you want an audio cable to last a few days. Otherwise, stay away.
