Saved a Lot of Time and Avoided Headaches
I installed two 4TB hard drives into my Mac Pro. I'm not a computer technician, but I realized that getting power to the hard drive may become an issue. I ordered the splitter with the purchase of the hard drives and that eliminated a lot of grief. I was able to get the hard drives working by plugging into the power supply cable from my optical drive tray area. Worked great! Thanks. P.S. Not sure that the "Sheerness" and "Stretch" category rankings are appropriate for this commodity.
