How much caffeine in each serving? I saw on ad that said 99% caffeine free and another that said 65 mg.

65mg per scoop in the regular (current listing). 15mg per scoop in the 'decaf', which is 99% caffeine-free *by weight* - caffeine doesn't weigh much compared to sugar. That said, I find the regular delightful for a lunchtime boost, and the decaf is great as an evening drink to keep me going for just a few hours longer.

Using the Keurig, you have to stand right there until the water starts coming out, tilt the cup (with the powder in it) and start stirring immediately. It blends in better this way.
