There are no trains in this game, only trolleys, therefore your chance of getting hit by a train while playing this game are the same as your chance of getting hit by a train at any other time, approximately 1in 500,000. This game is literally the only thing that makes Sad Larry happy.

Q: How many cards would I have to remove to make this child/family friendly?

Can’t because it has nice cards like box of kittens but then u have to argue “ you should kill kittens instead of your family because etc” ppl are going to die via train and your goal is to get friend to not kill your ppl and kill other track. Not kid friendly. I love this game but it is for adults.

Q: If CAH is a 10 for being raunchy, what is this?

It would be 8 for me. Has some saucy stuff but nothing as intense as CAH.
