Don’t love these. They didn’t work for us and just hurt on your wrists. In order to have them do anything they need to be tight. Really tight. They are made of plastic and make your arm sweat and itch. Get the herbal patches or the prescription from your doctor. They work better

Went on a 10 day Pacific Ocean cruise and my husband gets terribly seasick. Put these on him as we got on the ship. They can be adjusted to fit various wrists. They stayed in place and helped my husband make it thru the cruise without any problems. And they’ll be ready to be used again for future cruises.

If you don't wear them correctly, they can cause headaches. Turn round wheel until the bump is all the way out. Position at the very top of your wrist that seperates your hand. With the ball touching the inside of your wrist, attach just enough so it doesn't move much, but not tight! I wear when I know there is a chance of motion sickness so I don't get it. When I already feel nauseous, I wear to help with the medication.

I wasn’t sure they were working or not until I took them off and little by little my morning sickness started to creep up again. I have severe morning sickness so it takes the edge off but it’s still better than constantly being ill. I got an electronic one to get me through most of the day and use these to get me through showers and charging times. Pros: waterproof, offers nausea relief. Cons: might only takes the edge off severe morning sickness so you may want to consider an upgrade to an electronic version.

THEY WORK!! My wife has had nausea pretty bad with our first pregnancy. Someone recommended these bands and sure enough, they help!!Functionally: They are easy to put on. Even using her left hand to put it on her right wrist, doesn't take too much effort. Then with the turn of a dial, you can tighten it to the needed tightness.4 stars because after wearing for a while (a couple hours), they do start to rub a little and irritate her skin.
