eight perfect hours By Lia Louis This is the 2nd book by Lia Louis that I've read, and I must say this lady has a beautiful way of writing romantic and heartwarming tales with a touch of tension, trauma, and intrigue. Her characters are always loveable. You just want to give them a squeeze, and you are routing for them to get together. There is a gorgeous quote at the beginning of this book that sums this story up beautifully. An invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet regardless of time, place, and circumstances. The thread may stretch or tangle. But it will never break. - ancient Chinese Proverb There is also humour in the tale. Here is one sentence that made me chuckle. 'It just looks like nobody has spring cleaned for twenty years, that there are jars of food in the cupboards that could be used to resurrect the seventies.' Well, I haven't really told you about the plot, but just know that if you love heartwarming romance, then this is the book for you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me! 🤓

Cute story but won’t evoke and strong reactions. Not the best written novel I’ve ever read but good enough to pass the time if you’re looking for something cute and sweet to read.
