Q: Is anybody else having trouble opening this thing, or is it just me?! The push and turn method is not working out.

Yes & it’s frustrating even my husband couldn’t figure it out.....then all of the sudden he says oh it just worked??!! The pump doesn’t look like it is open-it’s aggravating-but I like this brand of lotion.

Q: It says fragrance free on front why is fragrance listed on back?

I just looked again At my bottle of gold bond ultimate healing fragrance free lotion. It says fragrance free on front and back. There is no fragrance in this lotion. If there was I would be having terrible asthma attacks because fragrance triggers my asthma. You are safe to use this.

Q: Does Amazon have the correct picture of the back of the bottle because fragrance is listed as an ingredient.

They must not because my bottle does not list fragrance on the back. As long as the front says fragrance free. I have very bad asthma Which reacts to fragrance, So I could not use it if it had any in it.
