Ich hatte es im Urlaub dabei und es war super einfach die Cup zu reinigen.Etwas Wasser einfüllen, die Cup rein, Deckel zu und schütteln.Zum Sterilisieren der Cup habe ich einfach die Cup rein, mit kochendem Wasser übergossen, Deckel drauf und min. 10 Minuten stehen gelassen. Man kann es wohl auch in der Mikrowelle sterilisieren.
