Great refresher and handy reference book!
This book is really great and provides a condensed version of the Baby-Led Weaning principles. Its great for someone who wants to have a reference handy. Its important to still read the full version (the original book) because it goes into more detail about all the elements; however, if there is a grandparent or spouse/partner who doesn't want to read the full book, this will still provide all the basics for them. BLW es una excelente opción para introducir sólidos.
Si no sabes por donde empezar para introducir sólidos a los bebés, este libro es una excelente opción para tomar ideas y darle la mejor alimentación a tu hijo o hija. Super recomendado.

Great book, I was suspicious about this baby led thing initially, thinking it is just to be rendy, but it actually sounds great, and recipes are great, simple and very original altogether. We will try this approach!
