## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this work on metal? I want to paint an outside door lock that does not respond to brass polish.**
A: I used it for a metal purse clasp. The paint chipped off after regular use.

**Q: what do you seal this with?**
A: Since I usually use this product as a finishing touch I don't always seal it...but have used sifted on clear sealer used for stamping..sifted on with fine enamel sifter and heated to (circa) 300 degrees...as I do to seal my PolyShrink jewelry and make a shiny surface.

**Q: Will this write on dark paper ? Will the writing be clean and without smudges on either side of paper ?**
A: Yes, it should show up against a dark surface, but is not completely opaque, so you might need more than one coat if you want it really bright.  It probably does bleed through thin papers, although I have only used it on watercolor paper or on canvas.

**Q: can you use this on wood furniture?**
A: I have not use it on furniture, but it seems to be very adaptable to many surfaces, and I think it would work on furniture, thank you,

AMAZING quality gold leafing pen! The gold color that this pen creates is just beautiful! It works very well and is relatively easy to use if you just follow the directions! I used this one to color hot glue magnets that I made, and it turned out so cute! The gold on the frame made it look just like a picture frame! The gold ink dries within a couple minutes, which is very convenient for crafting. It is a bit expensive for one pen, and mine did end up drying out or running out after a few months, but it was worth it for me. I will definitely be purchasing this leafing pen again when I repeat my craft again!
