Yes it works fine., but you can go to local MB shop and buy oil with same values cheaper.

Is it recommended for it… no, it is recommended for use in bike front suspension forks, however I was looking at it for the same purpose. Rc use. Im gonna run it. Cheaper than rc brands by volume.

If I have air forks, do I need suspension fluid?

Yes, you absolutely need suspension fluid. An "air fork" has a sealed air chamber which functions as a "spring". When you the fork down, the air chamber compresses further and pushes back.  It's pretty simple.  This air chamber has rubber seals which use oil to lubricate the seals and prevent air from leaking. Also, there is typically a "damper" side to the folk (side of the fork which has adjustments for rebound, compression, etc.) which also requires oil.  The charge damper should generally be left alone.  It requires patience and finesse to properly change and bleed the oil. It would probably be worth taking your bike into a shop to have this done.  Scratches to your fork could ruin it.  It'd be cheaper to pay for service than pay for a new fork.

Need Help Guys, when I add the oil should how should my rebound and dampening be set??

I have RockShox Recon 2006. It did not matter how it was set when adding oil. There was no pressure. The dampener was a pain to get back together because of the oil needing to work it’s way around seals and such. But after quite a bit of twisting it got back into place. Adding oil to the lower chambers was simply adding oil to two tubes. No settings really mattered then either.
