For a first time kettlebell user I found this to be a great book! Has workouts in detail and towards the end it even has a workout schedule which has been such a blessing! Already recommended it to multiple friends!

Excellent book
Excellent book, detailed instructions on 52 kettlebell exercise moves (1 exercise per page with color pictures) and at the end provides 9 workout routines ranging from 15-30 minutes. I would buy it again if ever I had to!

My professional fitness trainer friend says Steve Barrett's "Total..." workout books are great.
So she asked me to order this for her. She has trained TV gladiators, so she is pretty good at this job!

I Like Some of the Unique Exercises in this Book
I have several Kettlebell books, but this one has a few exercises I have never seen before. Even thought I disagree with some of the exercises the author says should be avoided (ex. Turkish Get-Up), I am glad I have this book for reference. The only complaint that I have is that some of the illustrations could be a little better.
