Simply the best mousepad in this price range.
The mousepad shape is almost a perfect square, around 5 cm more horizontally. It’s material is thick which means it’s a well padded and pretty heavy for a mousepad. The weight and the great rubber grips in the back means it stays firm on the table with any mouse movement, which I really like. Some complaint about a bad, I didn’t have that with mine. I also don’t mind that it’s not as smooth as other pads, the mouse glide is still good in my opinion. The only issue I had was it was slightly bent at the end but little time + weight/ironing straightened it fully. Overall for the price you’re paying, you’re getting a high quality pad with a minimal brand logo that looks great. Highly recommend.

top matrial texture is quite good, bottom matrial is not gripy enough slides all over the desk.
Decent mouse pad, i came from corsair 500mm the original extended size, the only cons with this mouse pad compared to the corsair is the grip of the pad is not gripy or as gripy as i'm used to, any slight adjustment of the keyboard would move the pad out of place other wise the mouse pad is not bad but nothing special.

I dont recommend
It is good but its not really white, its like a weird white like yellowish and it gets stained fast and its edges get bad when you wash

Gets very dirty
It gets very dirty and stains are permanent because the mousepad is water proof so don’t spill any dark liquid on it

The Glorious XL Heavy is a Great Mousepad
I have the XL Heavy variant. It's a good size 450x400mm- what's unofficially become the standard for many "gaming" mousepads. It has a soft, squishy base; it's noticeably "squishier" than something like a QCK Heavy (even worn over years) or a Zowie G-SR-SE. This is done well though, and I prefer it to firmer bases. It provides a good amount of support and wrist comfort, and a bit of control. If you have a heavy-handed palm grip, you may notice a bit of extra drag as your mouse could "sink" into the pad. I use a lighter, fingertip grip with an FK1, and the result is perfect for me. The surface is noticeably slower than the Heavy Slim or Large models. The surface has a texture to it but doesn't feel rough due to the softness of the threads used. It's subjective, but I prefer this more "cloth" feeling rather than smoother "satin". There's a bit more feedback to mouse movements and a greater feeling of control. The stitched edges are soft and comfortable. They aren't the softest or most comfortable, but they don't irritate my arm at all even with low sens/large quick arm movements for longer gaming sessions. The stitches seem quite even, and there's no visible fraying or irregularities. It's very much a control pad but doesn't feel swampy at all. There's a good balance between static and kinetic friction, relative to each other. Kinetic friction feels a bit higher than most pads, but static friction is such that micro adjustments are still surprisingly easy. I primarily play CSGO with medium-low sens (1.0 @ 800 DPI), and this pad is great for steadying long shots, holding close angles, and quick flicks. After trying one mousepad after another for the last ~10 years, this is going to be my new main for the foreseeable future.

Very good quality and comfort
I’ve been using the Glorious XL Heavy mouse pad for a while now, and it’s been great. The 5mm thickness adds a nice level of comfort that really helps during long gaming or work sessions. The surface is smooth and provides good control without feeling too slippery or slow. The size is perfect, big enough to move freely but not overwhelming on my desk. It also stays in place well thanks to the rubber backing. The stitched edges are durable and prevent fraying, which I appreciate since I’ve had cheaper pads wear out quickly. The only small downside is that it picks up dust and lint easily, but it’s easy to clean off. Overall, this mouse pad feels high-quality and comfortable, and I’d definitely recommend it.
