A good book opens your eyes a bit, the saying is we are made to self heal, i do believe that is true to a certain extent , not tried the urine therapy but i think it gives you a lot to think about for the future with so many medications and side effect, would consider the therapy for external use, dont know about internal, but i think this book explains a lot about our selves and we need to take note of what we are doing to our bodies to begin with as this modern world has made us so unhealthy worth reading
