Great Recovery, Clean Ingredients, Excellent Value!
As someone who takes health and fitness seriously as a hobby, I’ve tried a lot of BCAA supplements over the years-and this one has earned a permanent spot in my routine. The 7g of BCAAs plus 2.5g of L-Glutamine per serving is exactly what I need for post-workout recovery. I’ve noticed less soreness and quicker muscle repair after weight training and HIIT sessions. It’s sugar-free, which is a huge plus, and mixes easily with water-no clumping, no gritty texture. The taste is surprisingly good for a product with no sugar, and it doesn’t leave that artificial aftertaste that some other powders do. I also appreciate that it’s suitable for both men and women, and that they keep the ingredient list clean and focused. With 90 servings, it’s a fantastic value-especially compared to other brands that offer half the quantity for a higher price. Whether you’re hitting the gym a few times a week or training hard every day, this is a solid, reliable BCAA formula that delivers on what it promises.

Nice taste and good value size tub
Hubby has used this brand of branch chain aminos for yonks but usually just buys the smaller tubs (30 serves). This tub, though a demon to fit in our tiny kitchen pantry, is much better value and he gets to enjoy his fav for longer between purchases. As for why this product is good - he likes the taste and it seems to do what he needs.
