A Robot Girl Ruined My Sleepover

Another rainy lockdown day to fill. My daughter (7) had been in her room for a couple of hours - I assumed on one screen or another. I went to check on her & she was reading your book, one of a few I’d bought a while ago in an attempt to encourage her to read more. She was engrossed - she told me she nearly cried at one bit (I didn’t read it so not sure which part). It’s the first book that she’s read & been totally absorbed in. She told me I HAVE to buy her A Moon Girl Stole My Friend. And then I found out that Rebecca Patterson wrote My Big Shouting Day which has been a huge favourite of ours since the kids were both tiny!Thank you for your books. Please keep writing - I want my kids to love books like me!!
