Soft and warm, not really shaped for an hour glass figure.
It's soft, it's warm. Good for layering; bought for travel in case it gets chilly during the evenings in high altitude and I think it will do the job for that just fine. It's a bit baggy in the stomach so if you have a traditional hour glass figure just an FYI it will be a bit baggy through the mid section. So depending on your body type you may want to adjust the size you order. I sized up so that it wouldn't be too tight on the chest, and it fit fine there.

Tends to pill quickly
Very comfortable and I wear it around the house almost every day. It just seems to show the wear and pill faster than I would like.

Not at all form fitting and not up to Columbia standards as far as fit or fabric. I sent it back

Warm and Looks Good
I used this throughout a recent trip to Scotland. It was colder than expected, so I wore it daily. It washed beautifully at the laundromat. I wore it over blouses, dressy tops, turtle necks, and under a needed raincoat. Zipper pockets are a bonus for travelers.

Very soft and warm
This vest is great if you want an extra layer to keep you warm. It is pretty thin, but the material is super soft and cozy. I am 4'11 and 90 pounds and I got the petite xs size. It fits great and the length is perfect.
