Trinity Provisions Large Meat Resting Pan

This meat resting pan is exactly what I was looking for. The wire rack keeps the meat elevated so juices don’t pool underneath, helping maintain a great crust while resting. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and the perfect size for steaks, chicken, and smaller roasts. A simple but very useful addition to my grilling and cooking setup. Highly recommend!

Item shipped right away and arrived on time with 2-day shipping. The original product received was slightly damaged sitting transit so that the screen did not sit in the resting pan correctly. A return and subsequent exchange was made the day after and a replacement pan was received a day later. The new pan was in mint condition and I am very happy with it. I use it as it is stated, for rating steaks, filets, strips, and other meats before and after cooking. Fantastic product. But, the breast thing about this product is the vendor who reached out to me personally and apologized for the damaged pan which was not even their fault. They offered to refund me and send me a larger version of the pan free of charge. That was a very gracious gesture off the vendor. I am extremely happy with the pan (and vendor). I look forward to trying other products in the future. 5 stars!

Great pan, going to order the larger size too.

This pan is heavy and made of quality material. It has been a lifesaver for baking larger batches of bacon. Bacon comes out much more crispy due to the grease dripping below. It is also easy to clean.

All components are great. My only minor complaint is the grid doesn’t quite fit perfectly inside the pan.

I thought it was going to be larger, it does not hold a cowboy steak, otherwise the meat cooks evenly and it has done it's job!

This resting rack is perfect for me. I’m single and usually only prepare one steak at a time, but this rack will also hold two average size ribeyes. I uploaded the picture to show how much of the rack a 1.5 lb ribeye takes up. Keep in mind the measurements shown on amazon are the measurements of the outer edges of the pan. The rack measures 7.75x11.25”. Again, perfect for me. I just used the rack for the first time this week and I’m so glad I bought it. Used it for “dry brining” the ribeye in the refrigerator for a few days to get all the moisture out. Then it was easy to just pull out and set on the counter to let the steak rest up to room temp. Then, just popped it in the oven! After baking, grabbed the pan and threw the steak on the cast iron for the perfect reverse sear. Then returned the steak to the same pan/rack for the final rest. Really simplified things for me. However, a wooden or bamboo platter might be better for the final step to let the steak soak in the juices... so I’ll still keep one around. Bottom line, really good multifunctional tray combo. And people, don’t get mad it’s “so tiny”. They disclose the measurements on Amazon. Use a tape measure.

This is my go-to pan to place steaks to brine in the fridge and I use it to bake meat and salmon in the oven (without the silicone pad) which works very well. Sturdy, durable and functional for cooking. Doesn't warp in the oven, easy to clean.

I liked the mat with a picture of a Cow on it, showing all the different cuts of meat. Perfect size for a piece of Steak to Rest on. The instructions on how to perfectly cook a Steak are useful. I am now going to purchase the larger size to Rest a Joint of meat.

Beautifully made perfect size in my fridge and I'm totally happy and use it daily. It's a total winner .
