Q: Our order did not come with a chain. Is the chain a separate order?

Clearly this is a common problem. My Prime 2 Day Order just arrived with the product package ripped and the chain was missing. Amazon shipped me defective product and wasted an hour of my time on Chat Support to do an exchange/replacement, and my shipment will take at least 4-5 days instead of 2 days. What a hassle.

Q: How do you keep it tight around the waist? There is no Velcro closure?

I attach the chain to one belt loop then run it through the other loop and through the weight that cause the belt to tighten around your waist.

Q: Is this belt lightweight? or heavy and bulky? I'm looking for something that isn't huge.

It is fairly lightweight as is the chain. I would not necessarily categorize it as bulky. It rises just to my lower back on the widest part and there is about a 6-8 inch gap between the ends when fully wrapped around my waste. It was a good buy in my opinion. I am about 5'10" 195lbs 34 inch waist maybe.
