It’s a good budget microphone, but also it has its downsides. One of them is that it’s not as big as in picture and it can get a little confusing to set up if you’re using a complicated laptop/pc. All in all it’s a solid 4 stars out of 5.

Affordable lower range mic. Even if the noise reduction is not up to the mark, non-professional usage is recommended. It works seamlessly with lesser installation operation than other similar range mics.

tried it on my phone and it seems ok. i havent tried on my go pro 7 as am waiting to purchase the mic adapter

Surprisingly great quality mic. The freq range of recording is real good. This is good for professional use, ideal for smartphones and otherwise on PCs etc too. Im pretty satisfied. The right kind of economical yet HQ mic.

Not bad

The sound is good. I tested it on an Android but it didn't connect to the iPad. I even tried using a converter cable.

This my first BOYA cardoid condenser microphone. I really love the performance. The recorded voice / audio really gives you the feel of a clean and less noise recording using your smartphone. I also compare this stuff with my RODE shotgun and I love them both in terms of performance and recording. I purchased this because of the mount for my DSLR camera, very helpful when recording for my vlog.
