Q: Would the color bleed if I go in a pool?

Pools have. Chlorine so I think it would bleeds a lil when I wash my hair so yeah not a great idea wear a bathing cap??

Q: Will Four ounces be able to do all of my hair? My hair is right below my shoulder blades and is semi thick

The length would be fine, but if you have thick-ish hair, you may want to go with two. You might be able to get away with one bottle if you mix it with conditioner, it will go a little farther, but that also desaturates the color some, so it'll be a bit lighter when it comes out. If you decide to go with two though, you'd at least have left over for touch ups when you need it.

Yes, since your hair is to your shoulders and is not thick.

Q: How long does the color last??

Depends on how much you wash your hair and tempature of the water. I wash mine in cold water every other day and I also put some of the color in my conditioner so it stays brighter longer. I can make it last 6 weeks.
