I was so worried that this will arrive damaged since items that I order always do ... but amazingly not and it is an amazing product, it steams wonderfully, and for the time period required, I love it and thinking of buying another one for my daughter

Not as sturdy as expected
Extremely lightweight body and hence can easily fall over. Would have preferred a more sturdier unit.
