Seriously! From the first day my hot flashes diminished, I slept better… second day even better… and last night (third night) I managed to sleep from 10pm until 6;30am straight 🤯 seriously I didn’t know I could sleep like this again!!! I started taking these in August last year after deciding to stop HRT because of news reports that HRT could cause breast cancer in about 1in3 women. Even if this isn't true, it was enough to scare me off HRT. I'd heard about Menopace and googled reviews etc. The reviews convinced me to at least try it. 5 months later and I can confirm without question I am feeling incredibly healthy. I am no longer tired/sluggish in the mornings coming to work and that makes for a very productive day. I sleep really well, I haven't gained any extra weight, my hair and nails are strong and healthy and my hot flushes have reduced considerably to one or two a day, but they are bearable and hardly noticeable. If you are cynical about this working for you, just try it for the first 3 months (3 months is about the recommended time for any vitamin to start kicking in). You will start to notice a difference, after another 3 months you will be feeling so much better. The menopause is horrible for those who experience the more severe affects of it and this product is amazing and will help you. I feel so much better and so much happier now. When I bought the first 3 months worth in Asda, they cost me £10, although I don't think the price fluctuates massively anyway. I am going to try Menopace Plus next, but I think these are a bit more expensive, but they do have the original ingredients in them and a bit more so can only benefit me further. To me Menopace is worth every single penny!

I’m on my second month of taking these , What can I say im not waking up as if I’ve not been to sleep . I have more energy throughout the day my memory has got better and they have even held of my hair growth is starting to have baby hair growing back which I’m super happy with will definitely buy again when mine run out

Didn’t think they worked until I forgot to buy more and I could not believe the difference. I couldn’t focus, my memory was terrible and my hot flushes got 10xs worse at night. I’m sure there are some better ones out there but have been on these for the past year and they’re definitely supporting me through the menopause before it may get worse and hrt gets involved. Highly recommend for peri and full menopause.

I thought I'd give this a go as the reviews were pretty good. I can't say that I've noticed any significant changes with taking it. But it does have a good range of vitamins in it and about the same sort of price you'd pay for vitamins. At the price I agreed to buy it at on the subscription rate it was good value and as it contains multivitamins in addition to the Soya it was dual purpose. However after only one month on this subscription which cost £2.54 per pack of 30 tablets I have just now got an email saying that it was 'no longer available' but they would substitute the Vitabiotics Menopace Red Clover - 30 Capsules instead. Good job I checked. Firstly it is a DIFFERENT product and secondly (and more worryingly)it costs a whopping £13.05 for a pack of 30!!!! They still have the Menopace original but the price has gone up to £5.99 but no-one thought to substitute this. Bit disappointed really as I would have continued the subscription for another couple of months at the original price. I do think that they should honour the price you start paying on a subscription.
