I don’t like heavy musky scents and this perfume on first spray put me off and I thought “Oh no, oh no, oh no no no no no”. ...BUT once it dried down...wow! I kept sniffing my hand because it was marvellous! If you don’t like strong musky scents, I would not spray this on clothing as it takes longer for the top musky scent notes to evaporate so all you’ll smell is the musk. However this perfume performs best on skin as the top notes evaporate relatively quickly to reveal this absolutely gorgeous and sophisticated smell. It also has great projection and lasts quite well. Don’t give up on this perfume until you smell the dry down! Love it!

Ich bin schon ein grosser Fan von dem parfumeur Francis Kurkdjian, muss ich ehrlich zugeben. Nach seinem riesen Erfolg als junger Newbie bei dem Produkt LE MALE von Gaultier ist er meiner Meinung nach noch besser geworden. Ellie Saab Parfums sind einfch nur grandios. Dieses lässt mich nicht mehr los. egal wohin ich gehe, ich werde auf den Duft angesprochen. es riecht sowas von intensiv nach Bora Bora und Südsee, dass ich immer glücklich bin wenn ich es auftrage.Es wurde eingestellt, daher jetzt alles aufkaufen, LOS! Der Duft hat eine normale Sillage würde ich sagen und eine Haltbarkeit von ca 5h auf meiner Haut und auf meiner Kleidung bis zu 4 Tagen! Grandios!

I was in the airport in France, and there was a fragrance shop in my terminal and out of the perfumes I smelled, this was my favorite one but I decided not to purchase it because I try not to buy things last minute and on a whim. I was kicking myself as soon as I boarded the plane. I checked all the stores that might carry a high end fragrance like this one but was sad to find that it wasn’t available in the states. Then as a sort of last ditch “amazon-has-everything-so-they-might-have-this” effort, I checked and was super happy when it came. It’s also cheaper than my other fragrance by about $50 so it’s a win-win!
