Complete waste of my money
I purchased this product with high hopes, but it turned out to be a disappointment, especially for individuals with stomach-related problems like gastritis, acid reflux, or IBS. Regrettably, it exacerbated my existing issues, causing severe acid reflux and stomach inflammation. If you have similar concerns, I strongly advise against investing in this product. It was a complete waste of my money and an unpleasant experience overall.

I have been taking cod liver supplements since I was 25. these are one supplements which I never forget to take. I switched the supplier from my previous one to Now Supplements due to availability. The supplements are packed better and delivered on time always. google the benefits for Cod Liver oil and I would recommend to make these supplements part of your overall diet.
