Previous small kettles have taken forever to boil and when I had company meant boiling the kettle twice. This one is great, boils quickly and holds plenty water. Looks neat and is easy to clean. Appears to be made from the same type of plastic as a Tesco brand kettle. One drawback = when full, and poured with any speed, the water has a tendency to leak from the lid. I wanted a black kettle with no other colours, and no chrome showing, this fits the bill perfectly.

Surprisingly this kettle is not much smaller than my Russell Hobbs 1.7L Kettle. The same diameter just a little more squat. And I think shoppers should know that it is fitted with a 2-pin continental plug so you may want to add to your order a 13 amp 3 pin adaptor.

This kettle had a European plug and not a uk plug therefore was sent back no use to me

Bought this for a friend who lives by themselves and wanted a small kettle. They tell me that they are very happy with the product and it does look very stylish in his kitchen. It was well priced compared to others that I looked at. No complaints so far.

Well I’ve looked all over for a smaller volume kettle but they aren’t readily available. Anyway I’ve found this one but take note it comes with a two pin continental plug. There’s no mention of this in the sales pictures. I have worked around it and I’m very pleased with the product. Can probably get 4 cups out of it. I really don’t understand why the norm is 1.7 Litres. Decent product and good price.

Great little kettle. Lost a star due to very short lead length.

Takes a long time to boil & very noisy

The kettle itself is great and I do love the quality of it. That it came with an EU plug was off putting and inconvenient.
