Q: Did anyone else get an email from Amazon about a class action lawsuit over potassium instead of glucosamine in this product?

I also received this email about the class action lawsuit stating that the product is "glucosamine hydrochloride and potassium sulfate and is mislabeled as containing Glucosamine Sulfate". I particularly wanted to buy glucosamine sulfate. I don't understand why they still mislabel it.

Q: Is "glucosamine sulfate KCl" the same thing as "glucosamine sulfate" or is this a labeling trick?

Glucosamine sulfate KCl would have potassium chloride added to it. You should ask your physician if you should be taking additional potassium. Hope this helps.

Q: Compare to Meloxicam? I usually just get pain in my right thumb every 4 years, dr gives me a rx for 30 days and I'm good 4 years, would this do it

I haven’t have any great results yet from this product but I think it’s because I just started to take it. I stopped meloxicam completely due to heartburn and no great results. Safer bet here and also tumeric with biopepine seem good.

Q: Are the pills normally yellowish or off white?

Normally they are off-white. I have seen them with a very slight yellow-tint that I'd still call ivory/off-white, but never a genuine pastel yellow or yellow color. I hope that helps you.

The “Glucosamine Sulfate” title is misleading

The “Glucosamine Sulfate” title is misleading. This contains Glucosamine Hydrochloride Potassium Sulfate, This is not the most effective form for joint health. The clinically supported version, is called Glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride.I am disappointed by this wording game, trap for non-informed buyers.
