My conditioner came broken. The top is pushed in and cannot come out and it leaks. Not impressed and this is my favourite shampoo but for the price I’m very disappointed as I paid over $100 and got a broken bottle.

I like this product, high quality and my hair looks great after every wash. It has a nice subtle scent ans it protects my keratin hair treatment. Also arrived ahead of the predicted delivery date. Will be purchasing again.

I have Indian, wavy, medium to coarse, jet black hair. Recently I dyed my hair a dark cherry red and upon much research, found this shampoo. I’m 34 and have gone brunette and blonde in my youth while trying out various shampoos/conditioners for color treated hair and this one works well. So....this duo does what it says. It retains color and protects against heat styling. However, I give it 3 stars because it makes your hair smell like crap after day 2. I do not have an oily scalp and because of the volume of my hair I do not need to wash it everyday. At most I wash it 2-3 times a week and use a satin pillow cover to keep it soft and tame flyaways. I woke up the first time I used it on day 2 and was like what the hell is that smell? It smelled like dirty, but not greasy hair, if that makes sense. Mind you the smell of the shampoo itself is not pleasing to me. It’s almost like a childhood candy smell I can’t quite recall. If you are someone who washes her/his hair frequently, this duo is perfect. If you can skip a few days, you’ll be wondering wtf died and is decaying on your person. Considering returning it. FYI I don’t have a Brazilian or Japanese keratin/straightening hair treatment, just color.

For those with hair that needs to be washed everyday. . . Otherwise it's oily and gross. . . Or if you're past your prime and your hair is more frizzy and gone thru 'the change' as well as your body has. . . This shampoo is wonderful. It doesn't have the harsh chemicals of other shampoos, it doesn't strip the hair but washes it gently.The shampoo smells great, like creamsicle, and has a nice peach color. It doesn't foam up like soap or other shampoos -- The trick is applying to drenched hair and adding more water to distribute. There is no oily residue, even if it has oil in it. No repeat washing is needed, once is enough. This means the shampoo lasts longer, a consideration since this shampoo is costly. A 16oz bottle will last me almost five months, and that's with daily use.I don't usually write reviews for products but this one has proven the test of time. I've been using this shampoo exclusively for over a year. Yes, it needs a conditioner to follow up with, but overall this is a wonderful shampoo and for me well worth the cost. Omg this product is the worst, you pay so much money and it’s such a disappointment. The shampoo feels like it completely strips your hair of any oils(not a good feeling) then you use the conditioner which is so so but my hair was A Royal Pain to brush afterward 😫 a nightmare then on top of that in the description of this product it says if you are unsatisfied with it they will do what they can to make it right but I haven’t gotten anything to make this better at all,and I have sent many emails to the seller By Designe So beware of them in particular
