**Q: Where do I find the fatter straws to fit the new bite valves? The ones that I ordered online are too small and fall right out**
A: On Amazon at the CamelBak Store under the name: CamelBak Big Bite Replacement Hydration Pack Valve I believe.

**Q: How do I get a new cup and top? there is a warranty on the cups i bought**
A: No. Though maybe we should write them and ask for new bottles. I'd contact their customer service. I was so upset that just tossed them to the recyclebles.

**Q: does the straw have a valve inside to prevent liquid from spilling from the straw?**
A: Fill it, close the straw and up-end the bottle - no leak.

**Q: What’s the difference between the Eddy and Eddy+?**
A: The biggest feature that sets the Eddy apart is its straw feature. The straw folds out when in use and collapses into the lid when stowed. This updated version of the Eddy has an improved straw that is more leak proof than its predecessor.
