The artwork is good. The scenery, backgrounds are lovely. The characters are kind of neutral. Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish between characters.the story... Is neutral too. I did not like it or dislike it. It is just a story. Two teenagers having sex to release frustrations. Not much more to tell. No need to dig deeper in the story and try to find a transcendental meaning. As simple as hydrogen.

I personally believe this to be an amazing 2 volume series, others may disagree and i can understand why. Listen to me when i see this is not for everyone… you have to look at his story deeper to really see what’s going on if you take it as face value content then this will not have the same brilliant effect of surrealism. I highly recommend you check this series out. However if you don’t like it then don’t be put off by the author altogether as many who read this and did not like it went on to read asanos other stuff and enjoy it substantially.

inio asano is one of my favourite authors this book is captivating whilst still leaving you left confused and developing a pitiful emotional attachment to the characters, beautiful artwork as always if suicide and sexual intercourse make you uncomfortable then i would check out a different book by inio asano.

Another excellent example of the talented Inio Asano. While this does contain explicit scenes, it's not the driving fact of this book. More often than not, the characters feelings, thoughts, even the pain they've experienced is told through the beautifully drawn backgrounds and scenery. It's a very bleak world that Isobe and Koume live in, and often at times the book can feel very heavy with its depressive atmosphere.There are some very minor issues with the translation, but the art is great as always by Inio Asano, and it is worth the read.

The manga had beautiful drawings! I didn’t realise it would be as ranchy as it was.. but the artwork was lovely. The story itself was a little weird, I thought the ending was a bit cut off.
