Great knife for carving
Knife was as described. Sliced right through a beautiful NY Strip like it was butter. Very glad I added this knife to my collection.

Sharpest knife ever
Bought this knife as a Christmas present for my son and his wife. They report that it is super sharp and commented on the slicing of onions was amazing. Bit disappointed that they did not try it on more challenging food but it looks a winner.
