Works perfectly
I have another cover but that one was huge and covered the ground around the pool. Also, it would be hard to take off after it rained as well, because it would fall underwater. This one one works perfectly though. I’ve had it almost 2 weeks and one time I came home from work when it rained earlier in the day and the cover was still on the surface. If it’s a little big it’s most likely that my pool is 10 ft in diameter across the bottom and a little smaller around the top.As a side note, the small holes in the pool are there in case it rains. If there were no holes, the cover would catch all of the water and it’s very hard to take off the cover if that happens. Also, when that happens, while removing the cover the water on top will wash everything the cover catches back into the pool. Even if a small amount of degree gets into the pool, it’s minimal and most people probably don’t realize that a lot of the degree they see is just what has settled at the bottom while the pool wasn’t in use. When the pool is in use, everything is mixed into the circulation water and isn’t as clearly visible until it settles.I added a second picture with the drawstring tightened. Even with living in a windy area I haven’t had a problem with it blowing off either way.

easily gets in to dirty your pool when removing the ...
Take a close look at the picture in the advertisement because thats not what you get.Close, but no cigar. What you get is slightly bigger, non tight fitting as it shows. And has small holes in the center and around the rim.(can anyone explain why the holes are needed?) They allow in small critters to get in and drown in your pool, (lizards, frogs and caterpillars)Anything the cover is supposed to keep out, easily gets in to dirty your pool when removing the cover because it sinks in from being loose fitting and collects pool water on the top. so no matter what, when you remove it, the water on top collects all the dirt and rushes back through the holes and dirties the pool. No point in even having a cover.

Does the Job
I bought this cover for my intex 10'x30" easy set. I've taken it on and off daily for the week I've had it. 2 of those days were extreme high wind and heavy rain. The cover does have holes and here's why. They allow rain to drain through rather than pooling on top and pulling the cover. It also allows the cover to sit on the water, making it much harder for wind to get a hold of it and rip it off. My pool is intex, so it's possible it fits brand to brand differently. I would say my only complaint is the draw string is just a cheap nylon string when an elastic drawstring would work much better. However, for $13, this cover is an absolute bargain that does exactly what it needs to. I suppose if you're setting up directly under a tree, this type of cover with holes might not work for you. Or you could maybe tape dry wall tape over the holes to better block debris while still letting water through? Anyway, great product at a nice price.

Cheap enough, a little dangerous, andI wouldn't buy it again. . .
This seemed like a good thing for our little pool, I thought it would keep debris and bugs out. I was wrong. While it will keep some debris out as it will land on top and potentially blow off in the wind, it has holes in it. so stuff can still get into the water. The holes are probably an inch and a half in diameter. But that wasn't the worst part for me.If you have the cover on it will draw in and collect a ridiculous amount of heat. I live in Texas and a cool pool sounded like a good idea for the family. I left this cover on one day and when I took it off, the water on the top 5 inches of the surface under it was so hot it felt that it could burn skin. This isn't an exaggeration either. I wish i had taken a temperature reading because it felt that hot. So be aware of this possibility. I have felt hot tubs and I venture to guess the water temp just below the cover was about 110° to 120°. Might be a benefit if you have this in a colder climate. It does seem well made for the money, It will not pull as tight as it shows in the pictures for me. It has a draw string to tighten around the base of the inflated part of the pool and it just can't pull tight enough to leave an air gap between the surface of the water and the cover. I feel like it may stretch if you tied too hard.Overall it is a good idea, but the material should be like a thin mesh that can be stretched like neoprene or something like that. This is made out of like latex tarp material, so its heavier than it needs to be and rubbery. It was cheap enough so I'll probably keep it and throw it on when I mow and then take it right back off, but I found a lot of cons with this cover.

Worth the price!
I read a lot into this and i was so worried about the holes everyone was talking about! After a easy set up (will need two of you) it covered our pool perfectly. As the cover got warmer it stretched out so I did have to put it down more to make sure it stayed above the water. It comes with two string to tie it as well. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because the stitching on the edges is stretching. I'm not sure how long it is going to last. I will update in a month!
